Augusta, Georgia – July 09. 2024 – Veteran radio announcer Walt Clark will join Spin Awards Radio as its new Program Director. Spin Awards Radio is a Mediabase-monitored internet radio station that spins various formats of Christian Gospel music recorded by independent and national recording artists.
Clark’s previous experience in radio, ministry, and gospel music at Steele City Gospel Radio, where he has worked for more than a decade, plus his staunch, relentless belief in Christ, make him the right person to effectively handle the programming demands and station administration of Spin Awards Radio.
“We are thrilled that Walt is coming on board,” states Assistant Station Manager BM Snowden. “Mr. Clark certainly brings a wealth of experience in station programming and more,” she continued.

Walter Clark has been a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel since 1989. He has successfully served as a Minister of Music in several churches and was the previous owner of Steele Gospel Radio. He is also a radio announcer with 17 years of experience in broadcast journalism.
